Sold Matches Window

The Sold Matches window is used to view additional information, such as the deal number or the customer associated with the deal, for the deals included on the Sold Matches performance indicator or the Sold Matches Gross performance indicator.

To access the Sold Matches window, click any number that displays as a link on the Sold Matches performance indicator or Sold Matches Gross performance indicator on the Home screen.

The Sold Matches window displays information based on the link used to access the window. For example, click the link in the MTD - Sold Matches Gross PVR field on the Sold Matches performance indicator to review month-to-date information.

Click any column heading to sort the search results. The items in the search results are re-sorted by the selected column in ascending order, and the (Ascending) icon displays next to the selected column heading.

To change the sort to descending order, click the same column heading again. The items are re-sorted in descending order, and the (Descending) icon displays next to the selected column.

To export the information on this window, click the (Export Report) icon. The Export Report? window displays. Select a file format, such as .csv,.pdf, or .xlsx, and click the EXPORT button. The results are exported in the selected file format and are saved to the PC or network drive.

The following items display on the Sold Matches window.

Account: The account number associated with the dealership where the deal was completed displays.

Note - This column only displays when the performance indicator from which this window was accessed was displaying information for each dealership account.

Customer #: The customer number of the buyer on the deal displays.

Note - Customer numbers are assigned in the ERA-IGNITE System or the POWER System.

Customer: The name of the buyer on the deal displays.

Deal Date: The date the deal was completed displays.

Deal: The deal number displays.

Amount: The total dollar amount for the deal displays.

Gross Profit: The gross profit amount generated by the deal displays

New, Used, or Certified: Whether the sold vehicle was new, used, or certified pre-owned displays.

Pay Type: A letter indicating the type of deal displays, such as F for finance or C for cash.

Match: Icons display to indicate the information from the deal that matches the information originally provided when the lead was sent.

The following icons can display.

  • (Address Match)
  • (Customer Match)
  • (Email Match)
  • (Phone Match)
  • (Vehicle Match)

Vehicle: The model year, make, and model of the sold vehicle display.

Interaction Details: The source of the lead displays, such as a sales campaign or a service appointment. If the interaction was a service appointment or walk-in, the date of the interaction also displays.
